Menopause is an inevitable stage of life, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a sad or unpleasant chapter.
Together, I will help you have a better understanding of the changes which are happening with your body and take action to ease or eliminate your symptoms so that you can enjoy life again.

Getting older doesn't have to mean getting weaker or sicker.
The process of ageing can be transformed into the most beautiful stage of life, where we are able to enjoy phases such as retirement, spending time with grandchildren or doing the travelling we have always wanted to do. That's why it's so important to improve and maintain our health.
Together we will work on every aspect, including eating the right foods, doing the right kind of movement, and having the right mindset.
Get Moving
Movement is the building block of a healthy lifestyle. A small habit every day could take a long way in your health journey.
We will work together to discover the little daily wins, get a plan to stay more active and regain the joy of consistent physical activity.
Weight Management
It's common knowledge that maintaining your weight is much easier than losing weight.
Together, we will find a way to craft a lifestyle that will make weight loss gradual and sustainable, while still allowing you to enjoy the little pleasures of life.
About me
My early forties were challenging. I began experiencing insomnia, mood swings, and a range of other strange symptoms that no doctor could explain. On top of that, I was managing a demanding job, which left me feeling drained and overwhelmed.
It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition that I truly started to take control of my health. I learned about the effects of these life changes on my body, transformed how I ate, found enjoyable ways to stay active, and worked on reducing stress in my daily life. Since then, I haven’t looked back.
Now I'm an HCA diploma-trained health coach, I help people in their 40s, 50s, and beyond to achieve the health, balance, and peace of mind that I’ve found.
